Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Go platform (website, mobile applications, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use Go services. By using Go, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Services

Go provides a technology platform connecting riders with independent drivers. Go does not provide transportation services directly and is not a transportation carrier. All ride transactions are between riders and drivers independently.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Go immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Go will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payments

Fares are calculated based on time, distance, ride type, and applicable surcharges. All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). By completing a booking, you agree to pay the displayed fare plus any applicable fees.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another user or driver
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services.

8. Changes to Terms

Go reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
